Born and raised in Queens New York... ...Kaleb is a self taught musician. Coming from a musical family, he began performing professionally at age 14. Funk, rock, jazz, punk, R'n'B, fusion, reggae, salsa and all the rest are just labels. Music is music and Kaleb's understanding of this fact is exemplified time and again. He retains an unmistakable love and respect for the history of music throughout his approach as both a performer and a composer.MORE 1

By 19, Kaleb had worked with an eclectic number of artists... ...and organizations throughout the New York area long before his first major tour in '87 as keyboardist for R'n'B artist Al B Sure. Over the years, he has toured as both keyboardist and/or vocalist for rocker Lenny Kravitz MORE 3 , jazz/fusion saxophonist Oliver Lake (World Saxophone Quartet), japanese R'n'B queen Kohiruimaki Kahoru MORE 4, punk band Bush Tetras, japanese superstar Chara MORE 5, jazz vocalist Toulani Jordan Kinard (legendary acapella troupe Sweet Honey in the Rock), the United Nations Choir, chinese soul diva Coco Lee MORE 6, singer/producer Monday Michiru and Mondo Grosso MORE 7, soul legends Fred Wesley and the JB's and a host of other artists.

Along with being a gifted player and charismatic singer...   ...Kaleb has written, produced and arranged music for soundtracks (short film, "EXPAT"), television programs ("Ao No Shougeki"),  game softwares ("Bust-A-Move" MORE 8) and a laundry list of commercials and jingles. In December of '05, Kaleb will release "Deja Vu", the second album in his Trilogy Series (the first album was "In The Life"). Kaleb has just finished production for the band PHATE. PHATE (Kaleb, Dickey Fukuda, Lenzie Crosby and Armin Linzbichler) is multi-genre band performing all original compositions. Their first CD, "Rubberman", will be released on May 24th. Kaleb also constantly arranges music for his live show band, Me & My Friends.
